CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price (according to the current price list) will be charged. This fee is waived if you find a replacement who attends the appointment and pays for the treatment in full.
For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the treatment price.
